CES is currently searching for an experienced CMM Operator for a facility in the Lakeshore area. If you are interested please submit your resume for immediate review.
• To work in a clean, safe and organized manner, as outlined in the Health and Safety Program; this includes crane training and use, as well as material handling • Locate files and translate CAD files to proper format in order to read files into offline programming software • Write inspection programs using C.M.M offline program software, by loading CAD files and create inspection probe path to inspect tools • Create plots showing all inspected details • Assist in accessing any problems found in the inspection • Perform all other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong PCDMIS background in manual programming • Understand advanced • Manual measurement with hand gauges
• Minimum five years of experience with CAD/CAM operating/programming • Metalworking trades or quality control background • Experience utilizing an overhead crane • Worked with large fabrications, forgings, and castings
Wage- $25+/hr depending on experience
