Job Duties:

Provide effective communication regarding project status

Scheduling and Coordinating activities related to projects ensuring within budget

Managing overall site safety and ensuring health and safety of team members, enforcing policies

Customer interface, keeping them informed and updated on project timelines, required changes, etc.

Identifying and troubleshooting any customer concerns

Working with field crew to diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs

Oversea Preventative Maintenance schedule for all equipment

Complete site visits and handling any issues with crew, timelines and oversee quality of construction

Cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload

Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies applicable laws.

Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Required Experience:

Post secondary education Civil Engineering or Agriculture or related field of study

At least 5 years of experience in a Construction Management role
