CES is seeking an After hours CSR Coordinator internally for our Chatham Headquarters
Responsibilities will include:
- Working and maintaining all company orders that come in after 5pm on weekdays and all day weekends.
- Answering our after hour call in line and reporting any candidate absences from each office to our clients.
- Maintain and keep daily logs of all call ins and any orders filled after hours
- Update any information necessary to day time Recruitment staff
- Utilization of company email and online spreadsheets for filling orders and client communication
- Excellent computer skills- MS Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Drive
- Customer service skills
- Previous office/call centre experience- 2+years
- Excellent communication skills- phone,email
- Ability to work weekends
- Responsible and Reliable with the ability to work unsupervised
