CES is seeking an After hours CSR Coordinator internally for our Chatham Headquarters

30-40 hours/week

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working and maintaining all company orders that come in after 5pm on weekdays and all day weekends.
  • Answering our after hour call in line and reporting any candidate absences from each office to our clients.
  • Maintain and keep daily logs of all call ins and any orders filled after hours
  • Update any information necessary to day time Recruitment staff
  • Utilization of company email and online spreadsheets for filling orders and client communication

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent computer skills- MS Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Drive
  • Customer service skills
  • Previous office/call centre experience- 2+years
  • Excellent communication skills- phone,email
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Responsible and Reliable with the ability to work unsupervised
