Location: Westfield Indiana

Production Team Member


1st shift 6:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday (Friday & Saturday OT during busy season)

Assembly workers are responsible for putting together the various parts of a particular product. Their job may involve assembling one set of components or the finished product within a set rate of speed.

Essential Functions

Must have good dexterity
Must have basic math and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts
Load/unload a variety of production components, including small parts, for assembly onto equipment and/or at work stations
Complete assigned task in required time to maintain acceptable production rate
Read Work Instructions or spec sheets and interpret information to ensure parts are made correctly
Ability to transfer measurements or data onto quality/production audit forms
Visual inspection of machines; clean of debris, check for broken tooling, air leaks, or damaged wires and convey that information to the appropriate personnel
Communicates with a variety of personnel to share, collect, or provide information

Education/Experience Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent
