CES is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist / Administrative individual to cover a Maternity leave for 12-18 months.  There maybe a potential for a permanent position at the end of the contract.

$16-20/hourly DOE

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet guests
  • Coordinate sales and production team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and non-electronic form
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Manage all social media postings including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook as wells as website updates, e-news letters, email campaigns etc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative positions
  • Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated and referenced proof of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher are a must have)
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong math skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication

  • Social media marketing experience
  • knowledge of automotive industry and truck products
