Our growing Guelph office is looking for a Recruitment Specialist

solutions, for both contract and permanent positions within the Engineering, I.T, Finance, Management,
Automation, Skilled Trades, Administration, Health Care, and Light Industrial industries.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising manager on viable
candidates. Manages the full life-cycle recruitment process for all assigned positions.
Fostering relationships with hiring managers/clientele
Conduct regular follow-up with manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and level of service
Implement multiple recruiting channels to source candidates, including job boards, social
networking media, professional organizations, search engines, etc.
Manage the entire recruiting process from beginning to end including development of job postings.
Must be fluent with the English language both written/oral.
Ability to adjust work schedule according to business needs
Knowledge in, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
Resourceful, highly organized, and able to prioritize
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Capability to work under pressure
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm plus on call as required
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources preferred
Knowledge in identifying and implementing “best practices” for sourcing, candidate screening, pipelining, and tools
Understanding of employment laws, practices and policies
