Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Heavy Lifters for 3rd shift for our client in the automotive industry located in VANCE, ALABAMA.

Pay rates: $19/hour
Shifts: 3rd shift; 6:00pm-6:00am (UP TO 12 HOURS EACH DAY)
Location: VANCE, ALABAMA
Responsibilities:
- During the week (Based on schedule) associate will be responsible for Janitorial and Jig Cleaning duties.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively.
- Associate will be responsible for Paint Cleaning (Cleaning paint booths, ovens, turnarounds, sanding booth, tanks and sealer booths) on Saturday and Sunday.
- Cleaning tasks such as: Cutting and replacing plastic covering; Replacing robot covers;
- Cleaning sludge from flood sheets and under booths;
- Cleaning purge pots; Scraping and cleaning conveyors, rollers and rails; Replacing filters;
- Cleaning ovens; Replacing foil; Cleaning air showers; Cleaning tanks; etc.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds repetitively
- Previous industrial experience is preferred but not required
- Perform any other duties asked by supervisor
- Must wear proper PPE at all times
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
