Canadian Executive Search Group (AWS/CES) is currently seeking a General Machine Operator for our client in Louisville, KY. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company with the potential for permanent employment.
Pay Rate: $19.36 / hour
Schedule: 1st shift (4:00 am – 12:30 pm M-F) & 2nd shift (2:30 – 11:00 pm M-F)
Job Responsibilities
- Operate shot peening machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload parts into the machine
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Perform routine inspections and follow work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of machine operating experience required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- CNC experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
