Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking a reliable, office-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operations at our client’s site in Princeton, IN. This role is primarily focused on providing administrative support, tracking time, and creating clear Work Instruction Sheets (WIS) for cleaning and operational processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who thrives in a structured office environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and format Work Instruction Sheets (WIS) for cleaning processes
- Develop clear, accurate, and professional documentation
- Track employee hours and manage basic timekeeping records
- Assist with scheduling and general administrative support
- Maintain organized digital records using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Support documentation and standardization efforts for site operations
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data organization, formatting, tracking spreadsheets)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Organized, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Office/admin experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with time tracking or payroll support
- Experience creating SOPs, WIS, or process documentation
