Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now
hiring for Quality Inspector/Production Worker for our client in the automotive industry located in Smyrna, TN.

Start date:  ASAP!

Pay rate:  $14.50/hr

Shifts: 1st shift 8am-4:30pm

Location: Smyrna, TN

Responsibilities:

  • Visually inspect automotive parts for client.
  • Downstack automotive parts set of 5 at a time.
  • Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required
  • Team lifting is required
  • Ensure safety is prioritized
  • Foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area
  • Assist with other duties assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Six months quality inspection or production experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
  • Pre employment Drug Screen and background check.
  • Great attitude/attendance
  • Physical capability for lifting and bending.
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Detail orientated
