Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Assembly Technicians for our client located in Napoleon, Ohio!
Pay rate:
1st shift: $17.00/hour
2nd & 3rd shift: $17.30/hour
Shifts Available:
1st shift: 7 AM- 3 PM
2nd shift: 4 PM- 12 AM
3rd shift: 10 PM- 6 AM
Shift times may vary depending on line assignment
Location: Napoleon, Ohio
Responsibilities:
- Conducts repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
- Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Must have good team work skills
- Maintain equipment and work areas
- Advocates safety practices to the rest of the production staff
- Ensures that the supervisor/team leader is made aware of all machine/equipment malfunctions maintenance or safety issues
- Ensures that any equipment or tool malfunction is immediately reported
- Checks finished product for problems or faults and isolate any damaged or inconsistent item immediately
Requirements:
- Production and/or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre- Employment verifications.
- Must have steel toe shoes/boots
- Must have good attendance
- MUST be able to work LOTS of OVERTIME
