Canadian Executive Search is looking for Automotive Manufacturing Associates to work with our client in St. Thomas, ON. They specialize in creating the frames of vehicles, suspension, small parts of vehicles by utilizing various assembly, robotics, welding, machining, quality and other techniques.
Competitive hourly pay $19.29 – $20.29/hr.
Days/Afternoons rotation
7AM-3PM DAYS / 3PM-11PM AFTS
Consistent weekly pay; 40+ hours a week

Overtime after 40 hours + double time on any Sunday shifts
2 weeks training provided and an opportunity to grow!
Gain new skills and experience in automotive assembly, machining and lift trucks
Responsibilities:
Finishing and Quality Inspection of own and others work
General labour, loading of weld cells etc.
Loading and unloading containers
Assembling product using the assigned equipment
Tag/label parts and bins
Requirements:
Transportation to St. Thomas for all shifts
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
Ability to work at a fast pace throughout your entire shift
GED/High School Diploma required to be hired on permanently by client
Reliable transportation (not on a bus route)
Legally Eligible to Work In Canada
If hired, a Criminal Background Check will be required
Steel-toed boots
Follow all Safe Job Procedures, Safe Work Practices, and Company Rules
Once you are hired internally with our client you will receive a 5 year pay progression plan to go up to $25.00/hour, plus the following:
