Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Automotive Quality Inspectors for our client in the automotive industry located in Spring Hill, TN.
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Start date: ASAP!
Shift hours: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm (Indoor/Outdoor)
2nd shift Monday-Friday 4pm – 1230am (Indoor/Outdoor)
Payrate: $16/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership
- Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
- Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements :
- This is an entry level position; Quality experience is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
- A great attitude/attendance are a priority
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
