We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team in the Kansas City area. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an energetic, people-focused professional with staffing industry experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, passionate about connecting talent with opportunities, and skilled in building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and administrative roles

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs

Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork

Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and community outreach

Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with candidates and clients

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Staffing agency experience is mandatory

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
