Location: Lafayette, IN – 

Shifts: 

• 1st Shift – 5:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday with occasional Weekends)
• 2nd shift 3:00pm-12:00am (Monday-Friday with occasional Weekends)

Pay Rate: 

• $23.00/hr

Job Duties:

• Hands on supervision of assigned team members
• To represent Client in the most professional image at all times
• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Have a complete understanding Setup/Completion of work cells, practise 5S
• Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work flow
• Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures
• Traveling to different locations (Having a Valid Drivers License and Insurance is a must)
• Prepare work instructions
• Authorization of daily time sheets for assigned employees.
• Authorization of daily time sheets for assigned employees.
• Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvements
• Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and regulations
• Participate in orientation and training requirements for employees.
• Provide input into employees Performance Appraisals
• All other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Have 1 year of Team Leadership Experience.
• May be required to repeatedly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted
• May be required to lift between 50-75 lbs assisted
• Frequent use of hands, lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, standing and reaching may occur
• There may be some stepping up, stepping down and carrying
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance (must show proof)
• Be able to travel to other plants as necessary.
