Summary:
We are a leader in film and television title distribution and we are seeking an experienced Blu Ray and DVD Authoring Technician. This is a full time position but flexible. It is important that you are a team player and a strong communicator since you will be working with a diverse work group. If you are a highly motivated individual, with a sense of urgency, who can manage multiple projects, then this job may be for you.
Job Requirements/Responsibility:
The ideal candidate must be proficient with the following software:
- Scenarist BD
- Scenarist DVD
- Apple DVD Studio Pro
- Scenarist Designer PS 3.1.2
- Adobe Photoshop
- Authoring Blu Ray projects with Scenarist BD authoring software.
Authoring DVD projects using DVD Studio Pro or Scenarist software.
Creating menu graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Scenarist Designer
Quality control and mastering Blu Ray and DVD projects ensuring the highest quality standards.
Creating and managing all project documentation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Sony DoStudio Encoder and Authoring
- 1 Year experience in Digital Media, Entertainment
- Tele stream MAC Caption
- Sirius Pixels SDe Encoder
- Apple’s compressor encoder
- Adobe Creative Suite – Adobe Media encoder
- Final Cut Pro
- DVD Studio Pro
