Canadian Executive Search is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious bilingual Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Lafayette. You’ll be responsible for moving goods, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring inventory stays organized and accessible.

 

What you’ll do:

• Operate forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience – minimum of 2 years of forklift experience (REQUIRED)
• Certification – Valid forklift certification is preferred
• Reliability– Strong attendance record and a “safety-first” mindset
• Physical Ability– Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual– must be bilingual in English and Spanish(REQUIRED)
