Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring 1st and 2nd Shift QI for our client in the Automotive industry located in Vance, Alabama.
MUST BE ABLE TO BE BADGED FOR MERCEDES-BENZ
Start date:      12/22/25
Pay rate:        $17.00
Shifts:

• Monday-Friday  6 am – 6 pm day Shift
• Monday-Friday 6 pm- 6 am Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in sorting and reworking, etc., as required per work instructions
• Follow all work instructions given to you.
• Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner
• Notify Lead Inspector/ Supervisor immediately if you are not able to follow the Work
• Instructions as they appear, i.e., broken/missing tools, lack of PPE, lack of understanding, etc.
• Inspecting, receiving, and checking pieces
• Be able to stand up for 12 hours
• Cleaning your own work area
• Other duties assigned by the team lead or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be able to be badged at MBUSI
• Be a team player – help your team when needed.
• A commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Be able to wear PPE at all times – while on the production floor.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• E-Verify
• Understanding of 5S and ISO procedures
• Lifting 50 Pounds or more required
