We are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support quality and containment operations at our client’s Fairfax location. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience in rework, containment, and site launch support within a manufacturing or automotive environment.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will oversee daily quality and containment activities, support mechanical rework operations, assist with site launches, and provide leadership to small teams. Flexibility is required to support production demands, including overtime and weekends when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee on-site quality and containment activities

• Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications

• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to resolve issues and maintain workflow

• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and quality records

• Assist with site launch activities including setup, training, and process validation

• Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals

• Maintain flexibility to meet changing production needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality and Containment roles

• Mechanical or rework experience required

• Engineering background or education preferred (not required)

• Experience supporting site launches and working with small teams

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as needed

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience at Ford or Fairfax facility is a plus

• Automotive manufacturing environment experience preferred

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing equipment while working safely and collaboratively with the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or repair, preferably in manufacturing

Position Overview
We are seeking Powder Coating Processors to support production in our finishing department. This role may involve sandblasting, quality inspection, and hanging door and window frames on an overhead line.

Responsibilities

• Perform sandblasting and surface prep
• Inspect painted products for quality control
• Hang door and window frames on overhead production lines
• Follow safety and production guidelines

Work Environment

• Hotter and louder environment, especially during summer months
• Cooling methods provided (ice vests, popsicles, etc.)

Qualifications

• Entry level – manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Labor or construction background is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Reliable transportation to Snoqualmie
• Heat-resistant steel-toed boots are required
