Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring several Industrial Cleaning Technicians positions and Team Leads for our Automotive Distribution Center client in South San Antonio, Texas. These are full time, temp to perm positions for Cleaning Team Members.*

Start Date: Hiring Immediately

Shifts: Day Shift 6am-6:45pm Weekends are required. Night Shift 6pm-6:45am Weekends are required

Wage: Beginning @ $18/hr during probationary period

Reporting to the site Group Leader, the Team Leader has responsibilities including but are not limited to: Safety performance of the full team, Customer service, creating mutually beneficial customer relationships. Administration of company policies. Be available for all shifts and weekends to meet customer needs. Maintain parts inventories as well as daily parts ordering and tracking. Communicate to the Group Leader open issues and recommended solutions. All other duties as assigned by the Group Leader

REQUIREMENTS: Detail oriented, able to manage time and priorities to assist with multiple projects. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Develops schedules, performs risk assessment, and manages team communication, quality assurance and issue resolution for large scale cross-enterprise projects.

Additional Responsibilities and requirements:

Team Member will perform various tasks related to department assigned. Attention to detail is a must as you will be working around robotic machinery used to build automobiles. This includes but is not limited to cleaning conveyors, replacing filters, sweeping, and scraping. This job will require manual dexterity, walking distances, conducting pre and post operational machine inspections, and the use of PPE is MANDATORY. Additionally, the team member will be required to lock out equipment to ensure its inadvertent movement.
