We are looking for experienced, safety-focused warehouse equipment operators to join a fast-paced fulfillment center in McDonough, GA. This is a high-energy environment where you will be cross-trained across multiple fulfillment functions from inbound receipt to final-mile delivery
preparation.

Open Positions & Shifts
● Night Shift — Thursday – Saturday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
● Day Shift — Sunday – Tuesday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate
● Base Pay: $18.50/hr
● Skilled Labor Premium: +$2.00/hr
● Shift Differential: +$1.50/hr for all hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
● Overtime expected in the coming weeks

What You Will Be Doing
● Safely load, unload, and move large and small furniture orders and inventory
● Operate order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks at heights up to 40 feet
● Use scanners and handheld devices to track and process inventory accurately
● Perform quality control tasks including inspecting, assembling, repackaging, labeling, and sorting products
● Move between departments including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns based on operational needs
● Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S safety standards
● Manually lift items up to 75 lbs. unassisted and team lift up to 150 lbs.

Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of order picker (cherry picker) experience within the last year of employment — recent experience is required
● Must be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for a full shift of 8+ hours
● Must be available for assigned shift and willing to work overtime
● Ability to read and comprehend English for safety purposes
● Basic computer, tablet, and handheld device skills
● High school diploma or GED preferred

We’re hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators for a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center in Cranbury. All equipment is 100% electric, and safety + skill are top priorities.

Operators will enjoy unlimited overtime through the end of the year and the opportunity to convert to a union role with consistent raises.

Pay & Shifts: + Unlimited Overtime
2:30pm -11:00pm / $21.50/hr
10:30pm – 7:00am/ $22/hr
Location: Cranbury, NJ 08512 (near Trenton)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Orientation & Testing
● 4-hour orientation

● Must pass both practical and written assessments

Equipment Types
Operators must know at least 2 of the 4 types to start and will train to master all for conversion.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and physically strong Cherry Picker Operator / Loader to join our night shift dock team. This position combines elevated equipment operation with heavy manual
loading responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-production warehouse environment.

This is a physically demanding role that requires prior cherry picker experience, strong picking knowledge, and the ability to perform continuous heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities
● Operate a cherry picker safely and efficiently at elevated heights
● Pick lower-volume or specialty items from rack storage
● Build and organize pallets based on picked products
● Load approximately 1,600–2,400 case units per night
● Manually place cases onto truck floors (no dropping product)
● Lift up to 65 lbs overhead repeatedly throughout the shift
● Work at a fast pace in a high-production dock environment
● Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
● Follow all safety procedures for elevated equipment and manual loading

Required Experience
● Prior cherry picker experience (required)
● Warehouse picking and packing experience
● Ability to work in a high-volume distribution environment

Preferred Experience
● RF scanner experience
● 2+ years of warehouse experience
● Experience in high-production dock operations

Physical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
● Must be able to lift 65 lbs overhead repeatedly
● Continuous bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift
● Ability to perform intense physical labor for a full 10-hour shift
● Comfortable working at heights
