Location: San Antonio, Texas
Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Shifts: 6 AM- 4PM Thusday and Friday, 6 AM to 6PM Saturday and Sunday
Wage: $18/hr. during probationary period

Team Member will perform various tasks related to department assigned. Attention to detail is a must as you will be working around robotic machinery used to build automobiles. This includes but is not limited to cleaning conveyors, replacing filters, sweeping, and scraping. This job will require manual dexterity, walking distances, conducting pre and post operational machine inspections, and the use of PPE is MANDATORY. Additionally, the team member will be required to lock out equipment to ensure its inadvertent movement.
- Communicating with management and clients to determine their painting requirements and helping them make the best decisions for their projects
- Covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint
- Preparing surfaces to be painted by washing, cleaning, filling holes and cracks with putty and sanding them until they’re smooth
- Applying primer and other sealers to paint surfaces to ensure that paint sticks to them

Be able to recognize paint matching with already painted surfaces
- Applying paint, stain and other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers or sprayers (sprayers are rarely used).
- Maintaining an inventory of supplies like paint brushes, rollers and tarps

Removing old finish using scrapers or chemical compounds.

Estimating time and material on painting projects
- Cleaning machines, equipment and work areas using water, solvents and other cleaning aids
- Reviewing and implementing work orders and assignments
- Removing and reinstalling fixtures (e..g, doorknobs, electric switch covers) as necessary

Following safeguards, rules and regulations

Be able to work with little to non-supervision.
Must have 1-2 years experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Must have Steel Toe Shoes
Must be punctual with a strong work ethic.
Meet any other physical requirements of project
Must wear all personal protection equipment (PPE) for work area and/or specific task
