Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring 1st shift Quality Inspectors for our client in Ashland City, TN.

Location: Ashland City, TN

Shifts: 

  • 1st shift 7am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday with Occasional Saturdays)

Pay Rate: 

  • $15.50/hr

Job Duties:

  • Examine items visually and with measuring tools to verify they meet specifications.
  • Conduct functional, dimensional, and performance tests according to company and industry standards.
  • Detect and document any flaws, deviations, or nonconformities in products or processes.
  • Accurately record inspection results, test data, and quality reports for traceability.
  • Work closely with production and quality control team to address issues and prevention.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with ISO standards, Practice 5s.
  • May be required to repeatedly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Frequent use of hands, lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, standing and reaching may occur.
  • There may be some stepping up, stepping down and carrying.
  • Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Steel Toe Shoes are required.
