Position: Chemical Batch Maker
Location: Guelph, Ontario
Pay Rate: Starting from $27.50/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Possible shift work, with locked shifts available
Start Date: ASAP
Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking qualified Chemical Batch Makers to join the production team for one of our clients in the Guelph area. In this role, you will support Senior Operators to ensure efficient and safe production processes. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow into a Senior Operator position.
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor ongoing cooks in four production kettles.

Assist Senior Operators with in-process testing of batches.

Stage raw materials and load reaction vessels.

Maintain cleanliness in the plant, warehouse, and other common areas.

Fill and palletize finished goods containers after batches.

Assist with shipping and receiving using a forklift (training available).

Receive materials and manage inventory in the client’s database.

Follow directions from A Operators and supervisors for batch monitoring.

Contribute to safety and production improvements within the facility.

Perform general housekeeping and other duties as required.
Requirements:

Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Basic math skills required.

Must be reliable and safety-focused.
