The Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Industrial Cleaners for our client in the automotive industry located in Dublin, VA. These positions are Temp-to-Permanent Placement opportunities!!!
Start date: Final decision will be made at time of interview
Payrate: $17.00/hour
Shift: Will vary upon requirements of company-Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings.
- Utilizing core skills in industrial cleaning and sanitation
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Time keeping and time management.
- Work and Lead in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Scrubbing processing tanks and vats;
- Cleaning Large grates & delicate robots
- Operation of commercial pressure washing equipment
- Paint booth cleaning/tank cleaning/pit cleaning;
- Must be capable of moving heavy grates and other items in the paint shop (no lifting restrictions)
Requirements :
- Have a minimum of 1 year Leadership experience
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Industrial Cleaning.
- Able to to lead and work in a team environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to complete and pass required safety testing.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
- A great attitude/attendance are a priority
- Must be able to pass pre-screening background check –No felonies under 7 years old
- Steel toed shoes required for employment
