AWS/CES is looking for a  Client Relations Assistant to join our organization in Chattanooga, TN. This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including documentation and data entry.
  • Provide support in planning and executing client events and engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
