CNC Machinist – Windsor, ON

We are currently hiring a CNC Machinist for a well-established metal manufacturing client in Windsor, Ontario.

Position Details

• Location: Windsor, ON
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Afternoon Shift
• Pay: $24–$32/hour + $2/hour shift premium

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Perform machining operations to produce precision metal components
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements
• Make adjustments to machines and tooling as required
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
• Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
