AWS/CES is looking for a Process Technician / CNC Programmer
Location: Wilmington, NC
Pay: $28–$30/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician with CNC programming experience for a growing manufacturing facility in Wilmington, NC. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can support production processes while developing and optimizing CNC programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for production
- Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure efficient operation
- Support process improvements to increase quality and productivity
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Monitor production runs and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Process Technician and/or CNC Programmer
- Strong CNC programming skills (G-code or CAM software)
- Experience with SolidWorks preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials
