We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an automotive manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time, onsite 2nd shift opportunity with strong potential to convert to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities

Process, verify, and maintain customer orders and purchase orders

Respond to customer service requests and manage order changes
-
Communicate order updates to internal teams as needed

Resolve customer inquiries related to orders and shipments
-
Load and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs)

Maintain and update customer routing instructions
-
Use SAP to update production requirements, BOMs, and related files
-
Prepare and distribute daily reports and order acknowledgments
-
Prepare invoices and test certificates for finished goods and samples
-
Assist with APQP activities alongside the Quality Department

Provide backup support to team members as needed

Perform system maintenance and other assigned duties
Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
-
2+ years of customer service experience in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment

Able to communicate effectively with Production to meet customer demands

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with SAP strongly preferred

Ability to work overtime and weekends as required

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to work under pressure and exercise sound judgment
