Cycle Counter/ Material Handler

Location: Brampton, ON
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (paid weekly)
Shift Options:

  • Days: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

  • Afternoons: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Canadian Executive Search is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Handler / Cycle Counter to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Guelph. This role is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the facility, ensuring production runs efficiently and stock levels are maintained.


Responsibilities

  • Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the facility

  • Supply production lines with required materials and components

  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely

  • Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure proper labeling

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory audits as needed

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies


Requirements

  • Previous experience in inventory control/ cycle counting

  • Valid 3rd-party forklift certification is required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team

  • Steel-toed safety boots required
