Afternoons: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Canadian Executive Search is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Handler / Cycle Counter to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Guelph. This role is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the facility, ensuring production runs efficiently and stock levels are maintained.
Responsibilities

Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the facility

Supply production lines with required materials and components
-
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
-
Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure proper labeling
-
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory audits as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
-
Previous experience in inventory control/ cycle counting
-
Valid 3rd-party forklift certification is required
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team

Steel-toed safety boots required
