CES/AWS is hiring for an Engineering Supervisor in Wilson NC
Location: Wilson NC
Shift: Full-Time Day Shift
Start: ASAP
Pay Rate: $80k-90k
This is a direct hire position with a complete benefits package
Job Duties:
- To serve as a central resource for process and project planning.
Prepare quotations and cost estimations for customers.
Take charge of manufacturing engineering activities and optimize the cost of operation by selecting the best process and equipment, including proper tooling and method of manufacturing for new projects and continually improving existing projects.
Actively Support the Engineering manager in his task to monitor daily activities and ensure the team functions effectively and efficiently.
Simplify, optimize, and innovate machining processes and efficiency.
Oversee cost reduction, VAVE and continuous improvement activities.
Work with production planning, LPS, production and quality to ensure all required tools and/or documentation required for production jobs are available and up to date.
Maintain control of customer drawings and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
Must have 6-10 years of experience.
