AWS/CES is looking for a Maintenance Helper for our automotive manufacturing client.
- Location: Roanoke, IN
- Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
- Shift:1st shift (6am-3pm/ Mon-Fri)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Assist maintenance technicians with repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Support facility operations by troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing basic maintenance tasks.
Maintain tools, parts, and equipment in proper working order.
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations and maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to quality workmanship.
