Canadian Executive Search is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Guelph. This role plays a key part in supporting production by ensuring materials and components are accurately moved, staged, and supplied to the production floor during the midnight shift.
Location: Guelph, ON
Pay Rate: $22.98+/hour + Shift Premium
Shift: Midnight Shift (Sunday night–Friday morning)
Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility

Supply production lines with parts and components as required

Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts

Perform basic inventory checks and material tracking

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
-
Previous experience operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts (required)

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Valid forklift certification considered an asset

Steel-toed safety boots required
