Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for a Harvest Laborer in Olivia, Minnesota

 

Location: Olivia, Minnesota

 

Shift: Full Time- 7am to 7pm

 

Start: ASAP

 

Pay Rate: $20.00

 

Job Description:

The candidate will assist facility peroneal during harvest. Willing to work longer hours and weekends. The primary task will be to unload edible bean trucks.

Other tasks include general housekeeping, basic equipment operation, and monitoring product bins.

Perform and follow all safety procedures outlined in company written procedures.

Work cooperatively with the management team and co-workers

Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

 

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Able and willing to learn new responsibilities.

Ability to learn and understand necessary quality controls and procedures

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to plan, organize and perform with limited supervision.

Exhibit prompt and regular attendance. Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Willing to work shifts with variable start times, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Willing and able to work overtime as needed during harvest seasons.

Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed. Exhibit a professional image at all times, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
