CES is hiring for Maintenance Technician for one of our clients in Windsor.
Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Windsor, Ontario
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
Wage: $22-35 per hour
Shift: Ability to work all three shift (Days, Afternoons and Midnights)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze machine-related problems, provide technical guidance and troubleshoot accordingly to minimize downtime
- Respond to machine faults to support uninterrupted production
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Respond promptly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Support external contractors performing facility maintenance as required
- Perform other duties as required to support the organization’s goals and operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience with PET bottle blow molding, packaging lines, and PLC programming is considered a strong asset
- Strong working knowledge of sensors, motors, electronics, machine controls, and industrial software
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands to handle or feel materials and equipment
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
