 Policy and Procedure Development and Maintenance
 Recruitment, Training and Orientation
 Metrics, Benchmarking and Reporting
 Wellness Initiatives

Education / Experience Level Preferred:
 5 years of leadership experience within Human Resources
 Diploma or Degree equivalent in Human Resources or other related field and/or years of experience
 Fluent with payroll administration; QuickBooks system knowledge is an asset
 Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP) is an asset
 Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of workplace and employment legislation and obligations
 Experience with Health and Safety legislation and programs; JHSC certification is an asset
 Knowledgeable with WSIB and Safe Return to Work administration
 Previous experience with policy and procedure development and implementation
 Intermediate to proficient experience with Microsoft Office and other digital programs
 Experience in agriculture, construction or manufacturing considered an asset
