Job Description:

Maintain all human resources related records including: employee files, attendance records, benefits information, etc.

Entering employee information into HRIS and Payroll Systems

Work with other departments and cross functional teams

Supporting the hiring and recruiting process

Provide administrative support to payroll department

Assisting with employee orientations and onboarding

Coordinate training orientations and employee handbooks

Keep all company training manuals current and in accordance with Employment Standards Act

Work with offshore workers


Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken

Post secondary completion in Human Resources or related field of study

3+ years in a Human Resources role

Payroll experience

Strong knowledge of Employment Standards, OSHA and WSIB

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills, MS office
