Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring a Bilingual Team Lead for our client located in Greer, SC. This is a FULL-TIME leadership opportunity overseeing a team within an industrial cleaning environment.
Schedule:
Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Must be available to work the full scheduled shifts.
Job Duties:

Lead and oversee a team of 15–20 team members
-
Paint shop cleaning including spray booths, ovens, air houses, flash/cooling tunnels
-
Facility maintenance and industrial cleaning
-
Provide guidance and direction to team members
-
Ensure safety procedures are followed
-
Some administrative duties
-
Fork truck operation
-
Follow directions from management and communicate effectively with staff

Maintain productivity and workflow within the team
Requirements:
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred

Fork truck experience required
-
Must be assertive, organized, and a great listener

Must be able to follow directions and manage a team effectively

Must be able to pass pre-screening background check and drug test

Steel toe boots required
