Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for a full-time & weekend Industrial Cleaners for our client in Princeton, IN.

Pay Rate: Up to $20/hr.
Shift: The Weekend schedule is 12 hours each day Saturday & Sunday , but weekday schedules must be open to working some weekends!
Job Responsibilities: As an Industrial Cleaner, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings. Core industrial cleaning and sanitation skills will ensure a safe and hygienic work environment. Your relevant skills in janitorial and manufacturing will be valuable in meeting industry standards. Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and your experience in commercial cleaning will contribute to the efficiency of the cleaning process. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for coordinating tasks effectively.
Job Duties:
- Strong communication skills
- Duct cleaning;
- Operated commercial pressure washing equipment;
- Large machinery cleaning;
- Clearing and scraping paint line grates
- Scrubbing processing tanks and vats;
- Transporting trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas;
- Cleaning screens and filters
Requirements:
- 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Must be able to pass pre-screening background check and drug test
- Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing
- Must be capable of moving heavy grates and other items in the paint shop
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
