Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring a Industrial Cleaning Team Lead for our Automotive Distribution Center client located in South San Antonio, Texas. These is a full-time, temp-to-perm position.
Candidate Requirements:

Open to day and night shifts, including weekends

Reliable transportation

Flexible to work overtime as needed

Manufacturing experience, specifically in industrial cleaning (required for Team Lead roles)

Ability to work extended periods, physically fit, and detail-oriented
Team Member Responsibilities:
-
Clean conveyors, replace filters, sweep, and scrape
-
Inspect machinery before and after operations
-
Proper use of PPE and locking out equipment
-
Walk long distances, work at heights, and perform heavy lifting
-
Follow all safety procedures in an industrial environment
Team Lead Responsibilities:
-
Ensure team safety and overall quality performance
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships
-
Administer and enforce company policies
-
Manage parts inventory, schedules, and team communication
-
Perform risk assessments and handle quality issues
-
Be available for all shifts and weekends as required
Shifts: (Monday–Friday; Weekends as Needed)

Day: 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM

Night: 6:00 PM – 6:45 AM
