Troubleshoot various automotive stamping and production equipment
Troubleshoot VFD, Servomotors and Network Communication devices
Troubleshooting PLC’s and robotic systems
Maintain and routinely monitor all mechanical and electrical equipment (preventative and predictive maintenance)
Support preventative maintain, perform routine inspections
Work with other Skilled Trades team members to ensure safe functioning equipment
Analytical thinking and diagnostic capabilities to reduce downtime
Repair, troubleshoot and install machinery, control systems and automation
Follow company health & safety policy and OSHA standards
Grade 12 completion, post secondary completion in related field of study
Hold a valid Electrician License (309A or 442A)
Basic Computer Skills
5+ Years’ experience in a Manufacturing/Automotive environment
Robotics, PLC and HMI Experience preferred
Ability to work flexible shift hours (rotating or midnights)
Ability to work scheduled overtime as required
