Industrial Janitorial Cleaner – Full-Time
Location: Forsyth, GA
Starting Pay: $17.59 per hour
Pay After Permanent Hire: $20.00+ per hour
We are hiring dependable Industrial Janitorial Cleaners for full-time, temp-to-hire positions in Forsyth, GA. This is an active, physical role requiring extensive walking and consistent attention to safety and cleanliness.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
- Occasional weekend availability will be required for both shifts.
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility.
- Sweep, mop, remove trash, and complete other general janitorial duties.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Walk approximately 5–7 miles per shift, including climbing stairs.
- Regularly bend, stoop, squat, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for the entire shift.
- Ability to follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
- Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check.
- Must provide valid documentation to complete the federal I-9 employment verification process.
- Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Temp-to-Hire Benefits
After successfully completing the temp-to-hire period and being hired permanently:
- Pay increases to $20.00+ per hour
- Full-time employee benefits begin on day one

- 401(k) eligibility after 90 days of permanent employment
