CES is recruiting for industrial painters for one of our clients in Windsor.
Description:
- Tend and operate equipment used to spray or coat products.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Apply high performance protective coatings to metal surfaces, fabricated parts, assemblies and structures.
- Knowledge of chemical application techniques.
- Paint using one or a combination of manual or machine application.
- Selecting and mixing the appropriate paint.
- Clean equipment and perform routine maintenance when necessary.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, especially health and safety rules, use of personal protective equipment and WHMIS.
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25LBs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a powder coater in a manufacturing setting
- Experience using a manual spray gun and automated system
- Reliable transportation
- Completion of grade 12 diploma
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
- Physically able to work in hot, cold, and fast paced environment.
- Must be able to distinguish colors.
Additional Information
- Wage $22/hr
- Weekly Pay-Every Friday!
- Must have proper PPE – Safety shoes, Safety Glasses, etc.
