Inventory Specialist – $21–$25/hr – Rockwall, TX
Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently hiring an Inventory Specialist for our automotive manufacturing client in Rockwall, TX. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly pay, and the chance to grow with a global automotive supplier.
Position Details:
Location: Rockwall, TX
Pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Weekly Pay
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Enter and maintain inventory transactions in SAP.
- Monitor material receipts, transfers, and consumption.
- Support warehouse, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate records.
- Help improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
- Follow all company safety and inventory procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Experience in plastics, compounds, or materials manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- English proficiency is required.
