Maintain and troubleshoot business applications and servers
Analyze, organize requirement of data mapping, diagrams and flowchart developer

Help Desk service, end use support and troubleshooting any issues within a reasonable timeframe

Coordinating and performing desktop repairs, installation, upgrading
Backup, disaster recovery, security support
Support processes and activities related to Information Technology General Controls (ITGC)
Training users on hardware/software
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Major: Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field
Years of Experience: 5+ Years Area: Information Technology
Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications.
Experience with ERP systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
A+ certification, MCP or MCSE certification preferred
