Analyze business functions, gathering data and evaluating solutions

Maintain and troubleshoot business applications and servers

Analyze, organize requirement of data mapping, diagrams and flowchart developer

Translate highly technical specifications into clear terms communicate to team

System monitoring and reporting and issues that arise

Help Desk service, end use support and troubleshooting any issues within a reasonable timeframe

Research of emerging projects and documentation of solutions

Working with vendors for procurement and new system upgrades and implementation and installation of new software/hardware

Coordinating and performing desktop repairs, installation, upgrading

Backup, disaster recovery, security support

Support processes and activities related to Information Technology General Controls (ITGC)

Training users on hardware/software

Required Experience:

Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Major: Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field

Years of Experience: 5+ Years Area: Information Technology

Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.

Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications.

Experience with ERP systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.

A+ certification, MCP or MCSE certification preferred
