We are currently hiring Janitorial Team Leads for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in Lafayette, IN!
Pay: $21–$22/hour
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd shift
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support janitorial staff
- Ensure cleaning schedules and quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Train and assist team members as needed
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
