Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a part time Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

*process A/P and A/R

*follow up on collections

*audit process reports for guest service charges

*process invoices incoming and outgoing

*prepare daily deposits

*complete monthly accounts of cash floats, issue shortage notices

*verify/audit credit card deposits

*maintain general ledger and month end statements

*assist the general manager with annual audits

*provide back up support for bi-weekly payroll

Requirements:

*post secondary completion in accounting, business or finance

*excellent customer service and communication skills

*fully fluent in english both written and spoken

*working knowledge of ACCPAC (adagio is an asset)

*previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
