Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
