Pay rate: $16.50
Shift: 2nd shift
Location: Chattanooga, TN
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES i
Set-up and cycle machines in a safe and efficient manner
Follow proper set-up and cycling procedures as per ISO 9001 and QS 9002 work instructions
Troubleshooting on presses, making minor repairs as required
Repair and maintain moulding guns when required or directed
Transport and store molds using forklift
Perform minor repairs on molds and machines
Identify when major repairs are required on presses and moulds and advise supervisor
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary training in technical courses (e.g. Hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.) preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years skills related experience required.
Mechanical ability and working knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics
Good physical condition and able to do heavy lifting as required.
Able to work independently and in a team effort
Maintain all tools and toolbox as provided
An understanding of paperwork required and the ability to complete accurately
An understanding of the importance of cycle speeds.
