CES is currently looking for an experienced licensed Electrician.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience and hold a 442A or 309A license. Be part of a automotive client in Chatham-Kent

  • RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
    PLC Troubleshooting
    Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
    PLC’s experience (Allen Bradley and Siemens)
    Robot Programming (ABB)
    Perform day to day preventative maintenance, machine diagnostics and general equipment and building
    repair.
    Develop and facilitate maintenance best practices and equipment improvement efforts
    Responsible for coordinating and managing projects.
    Provide on-call assistance as necessary
    Assist the Millwrights as required,
    Assist the Maintenance Supervisor as required

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    The preference would be that the successful candidate has the following qualifications and experience:
    Licensed Electrician (442A preferred, or 309D)
    5 years experience as an Industrial Electrician in a Manufacturing Setting.
    Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience with solid mechanical and troubleshooting background.
    Familiarity with ABB Robots and knowledge of hydraulic press systems would be an asset.
    Strong PLC knowledge required for maintenance and troubleshooting equipment.
    Experience with PM repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
    Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
    Must be a self starter and be willing to work flexible hours with minimal supervision.
    Working under pressure you will solve emergency maintenance issues.
    Organized and able to prioritize issues.
    Ability to meet changing requirements and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
    Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
    Must be a team player and highly motivated individual.
